HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN DECEMBER AND NOT BE BROKE IN JANUARY

Posted by Mothupi Kgopa on Monday, August 14, 2017

If you are like me and have seen way too many Januaries in your life and when this month arrives find your bitter and broke – we need to talk!

The biggest mistake you can make is to think that everyone is broke in January…as the same broke people of January have coined it, “Jan-Worry.” Time to change your broke friends and get those who see December differently…friends who make money from the huge demand of goods and services in December.

When I was the founding director of Loxion Con...

TRADE YOUR WAY TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM IN FOREX TRADING

Okay before we go too far, allow me to look at the definition that was given on financial freedom that I also use in my book, “African Wealth Paradigm Shift.”

Financial freedom means being able to pay for your expenses without working. Meaning even if you trade and get to a point where the amount of money you make a month from trading is more than your monthly expenses, you would still not have attained financial freedom. Why? Do you...

Excellence demands alone time

Excellence happens when you are alone. One day it hit me. Great things in this life happen hen people are isolated from the crowd. It’s as if God never want to reveal his true genius in crowded places where the voices are many. When those voices are finally silenced you are alone in your car driving on the freeway, or at home in the early hours of the money...something magical happen. Your thoughts are silenced...in the beginning your mind is wandering all over...then out of the blue...you ...

Before you take your kids to school please know there exists education cheaters in our schools.

Except from my book: "Before you take your kids to school"

Meet the education cheaters. They dress like educators, walk like educators, drive educators’ cars, talk education language, they walk aimlessly in the school yards but had better be somewhere. They are politically connected and have installed the school management team through political manoeuvres. The weak districts fear their political...

30% pass rate is pathetic

Posted by Mothupi Kgopa on Thursday, October 17, 2013 In : Education

Why 30% as a pass rate is pathetic

Imagine getting admitted to ICU for an urgent operation. Doctor Kgopa, the only doctor available who qualified as a medical doctor with only 30% average is the man in charge of the operation. As you lie down the nurse confidently tells you and your family: “Everything is going to be fine. You are in capable hands of Dr. Kgopa who is qualified for the Job - he got 30% in surgery. “ The big question is: “Would you agree to the operation with the Doctor wh...

EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE OF DIEPSLOOT

Why are Diepsloot people so poor? Why are we out of money, out of jobs, out of health, and out of the ordinary at the bottom of the food chain in the Gauteng ecosystem?

Frankly, as the people in Diepsloot we must be very tired of asking why life has thrown us in the darker part of Gauteng. The joke is on us, Gauteng is known as the city of lights, Diepsloot is given the backyard where darkness abounds. Or is there light in Diepsloot?

HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN DECEMBER AND NOT BE BROKE IN JANUARY

August 14, 2017

If you are like me and have seen way too many Januaries in your life and when this month arrives find your bitter and broke – we need to talk!

The biggest mistake you can make is to think that everyone is broke in January…as the same broke people of January have coined it, “Jan-Worry.” Time to change your broke friends and get those who see December differently…friends who make money from the huge demand of goods and services in December.

When I was the founding director of Loxion Connect Newspaper, one of our biggest clients would insist we start advertising his December specials in November. To do that he would have to think of what products would be on special for December. He would also have to get large volumes of these items in stock before December. My business class was officially in session!

I write in my bestselling book, “African Wealth Paradigm Shift” that to make money in December you have to be in the habit of each year looking for the products that people need in large volumes in December and supply that in large volumes. In South Africa as I can imagine it should be the case in all of Africa December is that time when people get bonuses and are also in a jovial mood to be consumers of enviable echelons. Yours as a hustler, entrepreneur and businessman, is to meet that demand and get your gift that will shame January worries.

So what are some of these things that can be done to shame January worries? Do you ask? Ask no more!

- Chickens: weather you know how to raise chickens or not that is beside the point. You can google Alzu, Medowfeeds, or Novafeeds or just google chicken feeds. Google “Broiler feeding and medication programme” Epol is got a nice PDF that you can download and you can follow it from day one to the slaughter date. Also you can visit them and ask them to get you this programme. I know Alzu can print this for you…which includes how much you gonna need for feeds and medication. For me it means having to rare 3000 chickens for December and target stokvels that buy chickens in December, and also use social media groups to advertise because there will be many people looking for chickens in December. For a beginner it may mean getting 200 chicks at a cost of R5 each and at a final cost of about R28 including feeds…depending on your area, one chicken can be sold at R40 to R60. So do the mathematics and good luck!

- Before I had my own chicken house I used to order 200 chickens at R35 and sell them at R60. How, I book 200 chickens from a farmer. Then get a list of people who need chickens, and when the time arises it’s all about taking the chickens from the farm and dropping them at clients’ homes

- ICE Cubes – once again depending one where you come from. There is a huge need for Ice Cubes in December due to people partying with cooler boxes in their cars. We hate that people drink and drive! We love that they need a of ICE cubes and many people places run out of ice. So get moving…plan with a group of friends about how you can deliver ice cubes in large volumes in your community

- Vegetables – something as simple as planting cabbage (follow a programme), spinach and beetroot. Or simply getting that from farmers and getting a list from stockvels about what vegetables they will need in December – deliver that in large volume

I hope you get the picture before I write a novel. Let’s go plan to shame January and it’s past troubles. Get a new whatsapp group...!! Jan-Worry for who…for the why???

Remember the key is to do it now!!!
